World Soran! Registration Form

『ワールドソーラン！World Soran!』は、南中ソーラン節をはじめ
さまざまな日本の伝統文化およびポップカルチャーを
取り入れたダンスと音楽のパフォーマンスをするグループです。
World Soran! is a unique dance & music group of performances
integrating Japanese traditional and pop cultures.

・10歳以上
・日本語や日本文化に興味がある方
・日本語や日本文化をカナダで広めることに意欲的な方
・様々な文化背景を尊重できる方
・カナダで永住されている方も、留学生の方も、ご参加ください
Eligibility
Anyone over 10 years old who is interested in Japanese language and culture, passionate about spreading the culture in Canada, and can respectfully behave and communicate with people of different backgrounds is welcome. Join us even though you are an international student who temporarily stay in Canada!


Event Liability Waiver

I am aware of the risks connected with attending World Soran! (the “Activity”) including injuries and accidents. I agree to not hold accountable or bring legal action against Focus Education Services (the “Company”) and its employees, representatives, agents, partners, affiliates and any third party claiming through them in their individual and/or corporate capacities from all claims, liabilities, obligations, agreements, disputes, damages and other causes of action, known or unknown, which the participant has or even had or may in the future has against the Company arising out of or relating to any activities of World Soran!.

By signing your initial on this online registration page, I sign this agreement and agree to hold the Company entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for issues or problems related to the Activity, regardless of the reasons or circumstances.

I will make every effort to obey the Company and all rules during the Activity, behave respectfully, and will ask for clarification if needed.

Media Consent

The Company will take photos and/or videos of the Activity and may use them in communications such as newsletters, reports, brochures, and/or public newspapers. Photos and videos may also be shared on websites and social media sites (Facebook, Instagram) of the Company and other related organizations or personnel for educational purposes, celebrating the successful achievements by the participants, and/or further promoting the Activity.

This form shall be signed by their parent or guardian (who has the right to exercise the child(ren)’s privacy protection rights, for parents who have court orders describing their parental rights) for the participants aged 18 or below.

I understand that I myself (18+) or my child(ren) will not receive separate compensation from the Company or anyone else for the permission granted in this Consent. I also understand that the images, videos and information posted on the Internet may be stored outside Canada and that I am releasing the Company and any staff members involved in this Activity from all liability that may occur as a direct or indirect result of their photographs or videos, and the release of the public relations materials. The participants’ full names will not be released.
